What is the card people use these days for new stealth Amazon accounts?
Lately it seems vanilla visa cards and amex gift cards stop working... They used to work great.

Agreed here! If you cant figure out the sources by yourself, you should avoid all the trial and error testing and buy a reliable card.

There are still reliable cards out there, that work for both initial seller registration verification as well as for deduction of monthly seller fees. I use these mainly because with a certain amount of stealth accounts it gets hard to get "real" credit cards and besides that it keeps your name out of the game.

But generally speaking these information are and will stay NP, which is good.
