There are still reliable cards out there, that work for both initial seller registration verification as well as for deduction of monthly seller fees. I use these mainly because with a certain amount of stealth accounts it gets hard to get "real" credit cards and besides that it keeps your name out of the game.
But generally speaking these information are and will stay NP, which is good.
