Why is this happening? Sellers on Amazon are not allowed to use drop shipping to fulfill orders without meeting the following criteria:
1. Be the seller of record of your products.
2. Identify yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips and other information included or provided in connection with them.
3. Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products.
4. Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies. Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy can be found at

so unless you are selling what you have stocked at AMZN warehouse and ask AMZN to pack and ship for you with your company AMZN address as return address and accept handling and consequences of your returns ,you are out,it is Retail arbitrage.
so if an item is returned,damaged,used,spoiled,you eat the loss!
It would be interesting to see how many Ebay,Etsy,BoNANZa,Spotify ,etc sellers disappear ?
And this is a worldwide epidemic-USA,Canada,Israel,Indonesia,Spain,Singapore ,you name it
