Amazon Authorise / Close / Issue Request
 

Hi Peeps

I have a small question

When someone open a Return Dispute on Amazon, I can see:

1. Authorise Request = What will happened if i select this Option ?
That mean that i accept the Refund and it won't affect my Account Status / Performance ?

2. Close Request = That mean that i can close the case without the person refund me my money and it won't affect my Account Status / Performance ?

3. Issue Refund = That mean that i accept the Refund and it won't affect my Account Status / Performance ?

Return request does not makes any difference even if you close them, it only effect when someone open A to Z claim and their are ways to get this closed aswell

it was a sales since 2 weeks

well i was thinking when i refund, it doesn't affect my account

Amazon is strict :S more than ebay :rant:

Before I was closing the returns and manually contacting the buyers (sometimes by phone) to take care of the return.

I have done this now, i have lost almost 40% of my clients :(

but i have no choice
