Complaint sent by Amazon message. Will account get flagged?
Customer sent message using ' item defective' template and has threatened to report items not being genuine.
Trying to nip this in the bud before I have to upload invoices and plan of action.
The question is...do Amazon bots pick up on these messages where customer uses key words suggesting an item is not official?
Good time to request an early disbursement?

Frustrating when buyers don't see their emails. He's asked for more details on the item but doesn't respond to my replies...just repeats a request for evidence.
I would refund but I don't think he'd know if he received one? He's obviously not checking his emails. I'd also lose any leverage I have.
I sent a SMS to his landline asking him to get in touch. Nothing.
That leaves a letter. It may be too late by then but it's the final option.

The buyer does not have the right to ask for evidence of your supply for his purchase. They can return it and get a refund if not satisfied.
One not authentic claim on the account will not shut it down, it is usually high return rates and not authentic claims which builds a picture.
You have done your bit and I would let the buyer do what they are going to do.

Competitors are doing this to other seller all the time and it seems to be becoming an increasing trend.
As mentioned above, it does need to be taken very seriously. Amabots likely to detect and troll keywords through messages etc although not confirmed
The severity can also depend on the amount of orders Bc issues. If you sold 200k order in a month with 0 inauthenticity issues and now you have one customer, it should in theory not take the account down.

Yes. Coming from previous experience and others shared on this format. If customer was to reply in amazon email item not being authentic amazon will pick up on. Bootleg, inauthentic, ⊗⊗⊗⊗, not authorized, counterfeit, unauthorized, etc. As previously stated, my competitors are buying products using this technique to get my accounts suspended.

I've had this before and it took a few days for the account to be suspended and invoices requested. I have suspended sales and am trying to get the final disbursement out before possible suspension.
If no suspension comes I will continue the account selling in smaller amounts for now.
These competitors? Do they buy using false names and addresses? With their real details you can make life uncomfortable for them and get them to retract their allegations.
