got banned on amazon spain 3 years ago for not providing a credit card
i got banned on amazon spain in 2017 for a reason i dont know. I didn't list or sell any products and got banned a few days after i opened the account and i suspect the reason is bc i didn't provide a credit card (i dont hv one) and also bc i switched from personal account to business and 2 days later back to personal bc i didn't want them to charge me the monthly fee for business as they said its refundable but i wasn't sure and i wasn't ready yet to upload all my supplier items, neither did i hv a credit card so i changed back to personal then suddenly i got banned and they didn't tell me why.
Now i tried to get that account back apparently it looks like there's a 90 days period to appeal from the moment it got banned (which i didn't appeal). So created a new account last month and got banned bc it's linked to the old account. I appealed to this last account from last month and all i got were generic replies. Called them, emailed them and they were of no use. Has anybody been in my situation and got your account back? how? if i send them a bank statement proving my address will that help? should i keep on calling/ emailing them?? honestly ebay is better at this.
