Unauthorized account downgrade
 

Hi, I got a message from amazon today that per my request my US seller account was downgraded to individual and almost all listings from my inventory are gone, Canada is also showing as individual but listings are there, Mexico still shows as a Pro merchant .I didn't do that request. Can a competitor call and do all that on my behalf ? has anyone ever run to this issue ?

I haven't asked amazon yet. Nobody has access to my account. Can a competitor do that somehow over the phone is it possible ?

competitor can report you,but they cant access your account.
Unless they hack into your account,do you have anyone working for you,or have at one time worked for u

No only I have the access. So to do it over the phone without email and password to the account not possible ?

it's stealth account other gender .I just opened a case. and waiting for reply. don't really wanna talk to them to get the account into more issues

THESE CANNED EMAILS do not address your issue.
can always go to amzn seller forum and ask.

competitors can't downgrade your store

if you did not have enough funds on the marketplace you were selling on then it will be downgraded

if you have a US shop that was created on the Canadian marketplace then you may need to have sales on the Canadian marketplace to keep the fees paid

There was enough money to pay for everything. and the message i got for amazon saying "As you requested, your monthly Pro Merchant subscription has been cancelled.

We will automatically modify your listings (if any) to apply the new fee schedule to your current listings. Your listings will continue to appear for sale on Amazon and you will be charged a $0.99 closing fee for each item sold. This fee will be in addition to referral fees and variable closing fees.

No it came from merchant-notifications@amazon.com.

Have same issue with my other account but there all inventory is gone. Again nobody has access to the account. No help from seller support monkeys
