Hello, I have a few questions. I just want to make sure that I am doing things right to avoid another suspension. So I went and purchased a new tablet to attempt creating an amazon account using my fiance's information-which he consents . My question is he has a personal amazon account that he made amazon purchases with over the years, when creating his amazon seller account, do I use this email address?

My second question is, we have a registered LLC with a separate address, phone number and email. Should we register this account as a business account using his personal information OR just use his personal email address that he has already with Amazon. I just didn't want to run into the issue where we have to upload a utility bill for the business which we don't have.

You can create the seller account from the same buyer account

You may have an easier time through verification if you do this vs a brand new pro seller registration

Being asked for a utility/business license can happen on any shop, most commonly right after passing the first part of verification
