I just registered on Amazon and got suspended, I have all documents, but I want a good example for appeal letter so Amazon respond quickly?

Wirte it as such that you'd be moved if you were the receipient.
Supply all requested docs and more. It must be or at least look as legit as can be. Don't be sentimental. Be the kind of seller they wish to have on their platform. Thank goodness you only have to do it on paper.
