Default I need help with how to write for appeal suspension

I need help. I sent documents and plan of action but they sent me message saying, *** Hello,
Your plan does not sufficiently address the complaints we received about your listings. To be sufficient, your plan must include:

-- The issue that caused the complaint
-- Steps you have taken to resolve the complaint
-- Details how you will prevent similar complaints
Here are a few things to consider as you work on resolving this:

--Sourcing – Are you sourcing the product from a trusted supplier?
--Listing – Is the product accurately described on Amazon? Have you ensured that there is no ambiguity and the customer is well informed?
--Packaging - Is the product in its original packaging as listed on Amazon?
-- Shipping – Have you taken all appropriate steps and quality checks to ensure that the product is stored, packed, and shipped appropriately?***

I need help with what to write to them and I am not sure what exactly looking for other them my informations, supplier's information and invoices . I also did included ""The issue that caused the complaint : Caused complaint by I believe buyers error. we source from trusted supplier but we will definitely make sure and double check every inventory before we ship orders. Also we will make sure provide better communication and customer service with buyers to prevent complaints in the future.

Please make sure that the invoices or receipts include the following:
-- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Item descriptions (for ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review)
-- Item quantities
--Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days

These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

We will review your information and decide whether to reinstate your listings.*** I just don't know what is missing.

Give them exactly what they are asking you. Write it short and sweet, dont write a gospel they'll just ignore it. Go over a new appeal and address why you were suspended and how you will resolve it.

I just called supplier and they told me they have no invoice has their address, phone number and website. I am not sure what to do

This means I never have option to appeal longer?
When they say we may not reply to further emails it’s usually the kids of death email. I have gotten accounts back after that point. It’s much harder and rare. I’d post your appeal and plan of action here. You can omit specific details and I’ll see if there’s hope. Or send a pm
