Campaign Issue

Hello Peeps

I am having issue to advertise my ads on Amazon now, it was ok before, but since 1-2 weeks i am no more able to advertise my ads on Amazon, i have the following error after i have submitted my campaign

Status show: Ineligible

Is there any solution i can bypass this issue or find another solution please?

The items i am selling

1. Web Hosting
2. Stream Hosting
3. VPN Package

All 3 items i have the same issue...

And for info i have contacted the amazon support to be sure i can sell these items and they have agreed, since 1 year i'm doing this, but now i am not able to advertise it :/

Do you have the Buy Box? If you don't, your ads will not be displayed.

have you changed VCC recently?

had a client reported kind of similar issues after updating card on file

No, but i have updated my credit card only..
you think it's before of this ?

What it mean ? and how to fix it plz ?

Till now i got the same issue, can't sponsored my ads :(
