| I find Onlinejobs to be the best. A lot of attentive and hard working people who can't find clients so there is a really large pool to choose from and they are very happy to work for $1/hour.
Filipino's are just pleasant people to work with and they are far better trained to serve an employer online. I am almost always called mam (when i'm not called sir lol), asked questions if instructions aren't clear, and apologized to if something goes wrong. But you really have to screen them, ask for references, and then do a trial run as many are just not very intuitive if not told exactly what to do. But when you find a worker who is, I find there really is no down sides.
It does cost $50 a month but it's worth it not to have a middle man and manipulated reviews. |
