Need help with safety violations & invoices
I missed a call from account health today. They left a voicemail saying they’d send an email with the reason for their call and I could contact them if I had questions about anything... it’s been 18 hours with no email. I’m freaking out hoping that I’m not going to get suspended. I have a payment that should be issued in 36 hours from now. I need to payment badly and am stressing.
I Also have a handful of safety violations. I’m trying to get them knocked off in case that may be the problem. In the past they’ve always denied my safety violation appeals. I believe it may be due to my invoices.
Also has anybody heard of account health calling, but not sending any email or having any type of new notifications/cases on the dashboard.
