Hello

I would like to know if there is a risk that my account got permantly banned?

some people have order items by mistake they haven't even reply to my message and they left bad feedback

I would like to know after how many bad feedback an amazon account can get banned?

Ship the items to customers on time. don't wait till account is suspended. Don't get ****ed first.

Re: Amazon Alert Notice

Its too late you needs to drop this below 1% as soon as possible best and quickest way to sell some cheap items in big quantity to increase your total orders
Once account suspended you needs to send action plan which is not easy
Dont mess with Amazon

I can also tell you to remove all items to "0" right now so buyers will not purchase. Make sure you ship all old orders first. Once everyone has received their items, then you can restock and sell again. Sell few at a time. Maybe quantity of 10. Don't be greedy to sell so many when you cannot ship in time. Once you allow account to be closed, you're done!.

I always ship on time Dear
Some buyer don't know what they order and when they realise they did a mistake they ask their money back.

First time issue?

With a well written POA and asking customers for feedback you should be ok

Its only after repeated seller metric issues do you get perm suspended

WTF!! I don't sell on Amazon, but I am shocked that they are going to deactivate your account because you got 4% negative feedback!!

I see Amazon sellers with 15% negative feedback and they are still selling.

Re: Amazon Alert Notice

Order Defect Rate is different from just negative feedback.

From Amazon:

The Order Defect Rate (ODR) is a key measure of your ability to provide a good customer experience. It's all orders with a defect (defined below) as a percentage of total orders during a given 60-day time period.

An order has a defect if it results in negative feedback, an A-to-z Guarantee claim that is not denied, or a credit card chargeback.

Our policy is that sellers maintain an ODR under 1% in order to sell on Amazon. An ODR above 1% may result in account deactivation.

Have you made amazon accounts before or is this the first account you have?

I'd start making extra amazon ghost accounts right now if I were you

Re: Amazon Alert Notice

If you’re keeping an eye on a particular product, you can get alerts when its price drops. Head over to CamelCamelCamel.com, create an account and set up an alert.
If the item is in stock and dips below the price threshold you set for it, you’ll be notified
