Inauthentic suspension for new account, any paid service?
 
Hey,

My new account got suspended today and I am looking for service to help me reinstate my new account, I see Amazon asks for invoices for specific ASINs?
I am wondering why I get this suspension and I see other sellers sell these items without any issue?

I will advise you to find a wholesaler from whom you can buy the goods and get a real invoice before you think of these so called people who write POA’s. You’ll just end up wasting £399 of your money if you still don’t have the invoice because amazon will not accept just a POA stating that you don’t have invoices.

Agreed, getting legit products from a legit vendor is the best way to go

Hey did you ever end up getting reinstated?

I hired Josh for the same issue. I drop shop and got the dreaded 3 ASINs inauthentic claim.

i got that suspension 2 months ago.. hired a service i found online and after a lot of back and forth and calling amazon weekly, i got my account back. i honestly thought i was never getting it back and my account was only 2 months old... i also dropshipped. just wanted to share some positivity and there is hope with this type of suspension.

Bro that's awesome. I am in the exact same boat but I ended up hiring Josh. Could you give us a little more details on what you did to get unlocked etc?

Stop drop shipping on Amazon using retail stores. It’s not a viable business model.

Amazon still review documents, I open cases and get the same response, I see they asked me for utility bill again I dont know why!

After you got the account back, did you sell the same ASIN's that got you suspended or did you sell something different entirely?

How do you avoid invoice request now?

So I got a counterfeit claim a couple months ago on 1 ASIN. I was immediately suspended when I couldn't provide an invoice. I submitted a "standard" POA where you say it was all my fault and I'm really sorry yadda yadda. Of course they denied my reinstatement. I considered spending thousands of dollars to get my account back but then decided screw it my account is gone anyway, so I submitted a 3rd POA stating I will NEVER sell items in that CATEGORY (books) ever again. I also deleted ALL of my listings and sent all my FBA inventory home. They reinstated me! So as promised I didn't list any books for a few weeks. Then slowly started to add a few here and there. Been selling books for weeks now with no issues. Amazon is very unpredictable. Sometimes in a good way. Incidentally the 1 ASIN I was suspended for is now restricted for me :)

Since I was reinstated, I haven’t started selling again. I had $5.7k in the account and I really just wanted to get it out. I wouldn’t advise selling the same ASINS if that’s why you were originally suspended, unless you want the same thing happening...

I deleted all of my inventory, admitted to dropshipping model, sent them invoices of the Walmart receipts, even though people say this isn’t an actual invoice, it still shows amazon you have some type of receipt that you purchased the items and your willing to show. Coupled with calling amazon almost weekly, I was able to have my account reinstated. Oh and of course I hired a pro to write my POA, first one got denied and the second one got me reinstated.
