Add documents?? velocity review

just got hit with a deactivated for a velocity review. Im pretty sure I know what caused it and am planning on a POA, however when I am going through the steps on the second step it says "Add docum*ents".

I am still gathering my thoughts and getting a POA so I dont want to hit next yet but do you know what is required for documents?

And also is it a POA or just answering business questions? The email says a POA but the appeal button is just asking questions so far(again I dont want to continue and it not let me go back). I am going to call them tomorrow to confirm the reason. A health specialist did call me but rang like 2 times so I couldnt pick up intime! Always answer your calls from Amazon!

Didn't they ask you what kind of documents they want?

Is this your first time giving them a document? If so most likely a utility bill or ID

I havent completed the appeal online yet...The first page is just sales questions, then it says step two is add documents. without me proceeding to step 2, just wondering what docs they are looking for. i plan on sitting down later on and doing the entire appeal.

Likely they want product invoices, check your email you should probably see another message about requesting more information

How much sales do you need to trigger a velocity review?

The email says they need a POA for why this happened...then the actual online appeal seems like they just want business info.

Yes, My goal was to wait till my ODR dropped before I proceeded with the review...however about 4 weeks later Amazon just emailed me and said their review is complete and I can start selling again and released my funds....i believe 2 days before thanksgiving! Life is good.

I know this is old but hopefully you're still around and remember... So to clarify, did you not send anything? You just waited and they removed the suspension off of your account all on their own?
