Default Amazon froze my funds

Hello guys ,wish you all Happy Holidays, quick question:

During Holidays my sales increased significantly and Amazon froze my funds due to review of account activity. it is 4th week of hold already. All the metrics are in perfect condition, I opened 3 cases, asked for the information of whats going on with my funds, but they send auto replies and no info related to the Account Review. Meantime account is active and i can continue selling and all new sales are adding to the frozen funds.

Someone had this situation? What to expect?

The only information I received from them 3.5 weeks ago below, all info provided, no reply since then

We are reviewing your account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. Please continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.

How do I expedite the review of my account?
To expedite the review of your selling account, please provide us the following information:
-- How long you have been in business.
-- Anticipated monthly sales on Amazon.
-- The address (URL or store address) of other stores where you sell these products.
-- Tracking information for recently shipped orders.
-- GSTIN, VAT ID, Tax ID, or Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) number.

How do I send the required information?
When you are ready to send us this information, please do so through the “Contact us” page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us). Alternatively, you can send this information to us by replying to this notice, found in the Notification page of the Customer Metrics section of your seller account. Tracking information can be found under Manage Orders.

Yeah that's a velocity review, you just have to reach out to all your buyers and ask for feedback as explained in the email

That is all they're waiting for. If you reach out to everyone and a week passes and you are no longer getting reviews then send amazon a message letting them know that and you should get through the review

Thank you! Amazon`s buyer feedback rate is very low, so i might not receive any feedback... for how long the funds will be on hold? Till the return period expires for all orders or perhaps till A-Z claim period expires?

Was this a fulfilled by merchant style business? Same issue in October passed it by responding with additional details about my business

I have the same review for 3 weeks already.
Got a few feedbacks already but still nothing.
Legit account with 300k in sales for 18 months.
