Amazon Seller Account issue

My Amazon Account has been temporarily suspended because some competitors has order and had added bad feeback and claim back their money just to destroy my business.

I sell Iptv and everything was good till i receive 4 orders with 4 bad feedback from the same buyer :(
Even i send the buyer a message he never respond, even i have reported him to amazon, each time amazon send me an automated message to submit appeal to feedback which never work


Now i have to submited these, but i don't know what to tell them again, it's the second time i receive

The only thing you can do is basically bow down, apologize and tell them that you are going to stop selling these to prevent future issues.

THey are asking for a while bunch of nonsense it seems. So just stop selling it so you have a better chance of getting your account back

There's nothing you can say, the sale of IPTV is prohibited on Amazon. They are paying you lips service, I have never seen anyone selling dodgy software etc get re-instated.

Sellers attacking sellers is the norm in this sector both on ebay and Amazon, it goes with the territory.

Best bet is to start a new account.

Thanks guys, unfortunately i keep receiving automatated message from amazon that it is not enough for the submission i did :(

Then your account is done.

Start new and stop doing what you did before.
