Suspected Product Authenticity Complaint

I have a "Product Authenticity Customer Complaints" in my account health The accounts still up, but the listing is removed by amazon (I dont care).

Question:

If I ignore the complaint and dont appeal, will the account stay active, and I just cant list on that specific item? Or will the account eventually be suspended?
