Suspected Product Authenticity Complaint

I have a "Product Authenticity Customer Complaints" in my account health The accounts still up, but the listing is removed by amazon (I dont care).

Question:

If I ignore the complaint and dont appeal, will the account stay active, and I just cant list on that specific item? Or will the account eventually be suspended?

the customer inauthenticity complaint weighs more than the amazon complaint itself. Usually just once is ok, but 2x is risky.

I'd still address the complaint if I were you.

It will stay in your account for 6 months, appeal it worst case they will ask authorization letter these types of cases normally deal by seller support
