Competition causing issues

Got a "customer" causing headaches. Has ordered 5 times, and has complained the items are used not new. Then he left 5 negative feedbacks, contacted AZ, and even threatened that he was calling AZ, police, and FBI for fraud.
Now AZ wants a POA and invoices, which I will do today.

Anybody have experience complaining to AZ that a customer is trying to sabotage a listing, and any recommendations would help. Really wish we could bar customers on AZ.

Customer complaints are one of the worst things that could happen to you.
You said customer but how do you know it's a competitor?

Oh the police, FBI, BFI, BFE whatever, that's typical of small dog trying to convince you it's got bite.

Whenever I get threatened by anyone, I either ignore them completely or put them in their place. I don't put up with these kind of low lives. So don't be afraid... as long as you have not done anything wrong or selling anything iffy.

Put together a good POA response and provide screenshots/info on the guy

It looks like he's an obvious competitor, likely selling the same items you are current listing

Try to figure out who he is and reporting him will be easier
