Any advice on getting feedback on Amazon?

I'm pretty sure Amazon already sends buyers messages telling them to leave feedback, and I don't think I'm allowed to communicate with buyers and ask them for feedback - the only thing left is the "ask for a review" button on orders but I specifically want feedback and not reviews.

How do you deal with getting feedback?

Include a note in your parcels asking for feedback this is the easiest thing to do and buyers tend to like thank you notes and asking them if everything is to their liking

This is the option OP - you can only do so much to cajole ppl for feedback

Why would you leave a good review for what you bought? You need to turn on your imagination , an empty feedback request will not help, proven
