Help On Amazon Fee has additional "Other Fee"

Hey guys,

this is my 2nd month on selling in amazon and im not using FBA

I noticed im being charged extra monthly fee. Normal fee should be $43.99(included tax)

However, im being charged additional $27.44 as "Other fee"

I tried clicking the statement view, transaction view and everywhere but i have no idea how it came from.

it's not returned item

it actually parked under 'Amazon Fee' instead. all my seller's fee has been deducted earlier instead.

besides the monthly shop fee (or merchant account fee),there are other misc fees,not just the FVF of the item sold ,there is also FVF of shipping and more.
In some cases,I made 25 cents after shipping and FEEs,BUT i JUST WANT TO get rid of the item,so I am glad I am not losing money
