Does Amazon accept retail receipts as proof of authenticity?
Has Amazon changed the rules regarding counterfeit appeals? I do a lot of Online Arbitrage and I only purchase my inventory from well known stores. There are no invoices since I'm buying retail but all of my orders can be fully verified.
I used to be able to remove counterfeit complaints with these retail order IDs as long as all the information matched, a fully annotated receipt usually did the trick.
Now I'm being told Amazon will only accept invoices. Does anyone know how to fight this?
