Does Amazon still always ask for postal verification when making account for you guys?

For USA registrations 100% of the time

For Foreign registrations it used to be 10-20% but closer to 50-75% now

I hardly get any postal verification, maybe 1 out of 100 its for UK not sure about other, I also noticed video verification are also reduced but they now strict to pass ID and bank statement

Not normal, only cause when you raise red flag

Its not just IP, has to all unique and good quality, from phone no to address and vcc all matters

Everything should match the country you're registering

If you're registering in the UK, you'll want a residential UK IP, UK sim, UK card etc

Video verification is very rare.

POstal is very common.
