That is the fees that the BUYER paid to whatever state the reside in.

The only way the buyer can be sales tax exempt is of they are a business and request it via:

You can not reduce the tax the buyer pays. It is impossible.

There's a few states in the US that don't have sales tax

If the buyer resides or uses an address in one of those states, they don't have to pay sales tax

Everyone else has to pay the sales tax based on their states/countries rate
