How can I use the same mobile phone to handle multiple video call verifications?
I cant use my laptop/vmware because my webcam quality is horrible
How can I blank the MAC address and any other marker that Amazon can use to link the accounts?

Webcam is a good idea - different phones if budget allows

definitely webcam, using same phone for multiple accounts is a risk of getting linked/suspended

The video verification shouldn't be triggered this often.

WHen this happens it's usually because the account is flagged.

Are you aware of this?
