We have an amazon account that typically only sells 50-100 items a month. We had an A-Z claim where an item was lost by USPS and a negative feedback that was left because USPS delivered slower than normal(but was delivered" and it puts the account at 1.14% and at risk.
We have asked Amazon to remove the feedback because it was beyond our control. They declined multiple times
They are now calling us on the phone and asking for a plan to fix the problem and of course meanwhile pretty much blocked all sales.
Is there a way to get the feedback removed? This doesn't seem like it should be this challenging haha
Thanks for any input.

hi dear, their is a best way to handle this issue, try to contact with some customers and request them to remove their negatives feedbacks and also refund there money as well, when your ODR will be less than 1% then increase your sales that will leads to boost your amazon account health.

It is mind blowing that two things beyond a sellers fault can cripple sales so much. Havent had a sale is week..... Nothing I can do on an account that is a decade old. Craziness.
Your only option might be to compose a conscience pricking message to send to the buyer with a feedback removal request.
I'm pretty sure there's a few here who are capable beg-bull$hitters. Ideas please....
Spot on.
Don't just ask them fo remove it, customers don't care. Instead, let them know that the loss of income has put a strain on your livelihood and your family, children and your dog. Let them know that you're out of work due to the pandemic, the post office is slow due to personnel shortages due to the pandemic and food in your house is scarce for your family due to crazy inflation.
Once you make it personal, your customers can relate and will go out of their way to help, unless they are a-holes.

Got a few sales.
Out of all the years, this is the first time I have experienced anything quite like this. 1.14% for two things beyond my control. Guess I need to find some items to sell in volumes on amazon to make sure something like this cant cripple an account again. Maybe I need to focus on amazon sales the next couple months.
