my amazon business prime buyer accounts from legit info are being flagged/suspended one by one

anyone has any idea what to reply to this kind email and what to do ? was working fine for couple years and all of a sudden they do this...


here is email in spanish:

They've always targeted Prime abuse accounts, it's just that you've now been caught. It's nothing new.

I do not believe you will be able to convince them you have a valid reason for every delivery address being different. If you ignore them and continue to abuse Prime they will eventually permanently suspend you. That said, you've nothing to lose now I guess.

Agree with Hank comments, simply don't abuse anymore and you will be good to run that account, it's first and final warning

If you want to dropship you can use a non prime buyer account. Amazon never had a problem with that

that s the thing I removed prime long ago on my business account but they said if I keep doing it even without prime they will suspend my account, not sure what is the best course of action , anyone had to deal with it ?

The only way to deal with it is to create another account, ensuring to do not re-use any of the current details.

This forum is awash with folk who play this game and burn through buyer accounts as they inevitably get suspended.

the only truly stable drop shipping business on amazon is when you use prime deliveries to your own address and resend items to buyers yourself but this means additional expenses

the quick and easy way of sending from seller to seller can easily be detected regardless of whether it is prime or not so any such business could be taken down at some point

After reading Amazon's conditions of use for both regular Amazon accounts, and Amazon Prime accounts, I have found that the restiriction of "resale, rental, or to shiping such products to one's customers" is only restricted for Amazon Prime accounts. The Amazon buyer account that I use is not, nor has ever been an Amazon Prime account.


After that they quickly rescinded their last message

thanks for all the help folks I was not aware of this policy for business account I thought you could use prime on it

so If I got this right , answer them and tell them from now on you wont use prime on the business account and I should be good to go, correct ?

Happens all the time with prime buyer accounts. They look out for people that use them for drop shipping and ban the accounts. Not sure why they have such an issue with it after all they are still making the sale but that Amazon for you

sorry for long late reply so I followed advice not to use prime and only use amazon business

it was fine for several months but suddenly amazon is sending me back those dsappeal@amazon.{country} automated email

I tried to reply on one of those countries and told them I was not breaking their policies as it states I can buy products if my customers are related to my company which they are

Then I got a reply telling me after an advanced verification I breached their tos and that they are closing my amazon business account permanently and that they may decide not to reply anymore...

weirdly enough the account is still working and I can still place orders....

now I just got another of those emails on another country which tells me the same thing again If i keep buying with the intent of reselling they will ban my account definitely

kind of afraid to reply since the first experience above and trigger something bad

my issue is at worst case if the account is banned , should I use another amazon business account with a proxy and fresh browser and keep doing while dealing the **** with canceled orders ?

I mean if this happens every half year or so , not ideal but fine with it...

anyone with similar experience knows what to do in those case ?

edit:
I assume the best way to go about it unfortunately is to set up multiple legit amazon business account

use ip burger with clean browser

and repeat as soon as you get the warning email no need to wait for the ban so that you can handle the returns properly

that being said I wonder what is the best and cheapest way to go about getting cheap eu companies with working eu vat number and bank account

I am definitely not the only one with those issues for sure, experience from other people on what they did to put a big finger to amazon and keep business as usual would be appreciated

the only safe way to do dropshipping on amazon is using a forwarding address

you add a unique number to the same delivery address in the second line so that you can identify incoming packets and then ask forwarding to send them to the correct customer

it causes additional expenses but eliminates suspension risks

yeah I considered it at some point, maybe you have good service in us but in europe it completely eliminates your margin and you can not compete unless you know a good forwarding service I didnt hear of let me know pls

but last time I checked it was just too pricey to even be considered as an alternative

btw that's a 7 figure idea over here people, forwarding at low cost for dropshippers
