Counterfeit without purchase complaint
 
Got a counterfeit without purchase complaint in the US. Sent in invoice and emailed the company issuing complaint. AZ wants more. Sent in invoice and LOA (both legit from the authorized distributor) and now AZ still wants more (invoice, LOA, or retraction from complaintant).
After I emailed the company, did some research. Company complaining is BB Systems in NY and their website says Ecommerce tracking and policing third party sites. Then I pulled up the listing in question and it is down to one seller. Pulled up the seller page and guess what. It's a different seller name, but the Business name and address is the same as on the BB Systems website.
So the complaint is actually the seller of record trying to manipulate and remove other sellers.

Since this breaks the AZ seller agreement, who can I contact at AZ to let them know this. Hate to tramp on another seller, but after 4 emails (2 through their website) and giving them 4 days to remove the complaint (and letting them know I will let AZ know the situation with proof (got photos)) but the items are legit from a legit distributor.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thinking of posting in AZ forums. Account is kind of a stealth account, but been active and clean for 8 years, doing about 200 sales per week, mostly toys.
I know that once I pull the plug and post there, there is no turning back.

just take down the other amazon seller for this , open 10-20 buyer accounts , buy one item on each

after 2-4 weeks send one message from each account to the seller saying their item is counterfeit and you want the money back

repeat the same until they get suspended

That's a lot of effort for the seller action but if time is available...might as well

Way too much time and effort involved with that. Only wish it was still that easy to open AZ accounts

Finally got this complaint removed. After getting the standard form email 3 times, had AZ call me on it. Turns out, because the invoice was for an assorted pack, they weren't sure if the invoice actually reflected the product.
Sent in photos of the case box, assorted products in case, and photos of the item in question showing the distributor authentication stickers.
All cleared up finally.

Just wanted to update. After the 7th complaint in 7 weeks from the same person (3 of which were doubled up on the same ASIN as previous), I got to talk to someone at AZ. After an hour on the phone with her, she agreed that something looked wrong. So she started an investigation.

3 days later and 3 more complaints from the same seller.

3 days after that, I reached someone else at AZ. Spend 1.5 hours with him and he was actually english speaking without accent.
During that time, he checked on the investigation and found that 6 hrs earlier they agreed that something was amiss, and kicked it up the chain.

3 hours later and the 3 remaining complaints that I had yet to clear up were removed by AZ.

No email from them, but I got the items back into the buy box, repriced at lower minus 10 cents, just to piss this guy off.

It's been 3 weeks now and no further complaints, so sometimes the good guys can win!!!

Suxs that it happens. But if the case is righteous, then you owe to yourself to fight.

Look for the "Call" button on the violation page. That's what I used. Had AZ call us to discuss it, and they were actually caring and helpful (never thought I'd hear that about AZ).

Think it's a different department than just seller central.

If you can get through like that and have them reverse it of course it's great, but I'm guessing they'll be very sweet to you and professional on the phone promising a lot of things, waste 1 hour of your time and do absolutely nothing.

But I did have all the facts lined up for them to following.

I was amazed that they were able to explain exactly what was needed and what was missing.

This is when you got a defect from a little B***H complaining to customer support that the item is inauthentic?
