Got suspended when upgrade account to pro.
 
I always got suspended when upgrade plan account to pro. They required utility bill.

Anyones have this problem?

Sounds like you never used the account and it has no documents from your end?

If all they want is a utility bill it's not too hard.

It's new account. I submit passport and bank statement.

I submit utility bill already but it's never approval.

So if the passport and bank statements are approved it doesn't make sense the utility bill isn't.

What's the problem? What did they say about the utility bill?

Utility bill request means account is gone, only 2% pass rate atm of utility bills

It’s something in your creation method which making account weak

When I make account with individual plan is ok. can't make with pro plan.

But when upgrade to pro plan always have problem.

Doesn't it default to pro account when you sign up, why are you changing it to individual at the point of registration?

You using FBM?

And what issue that they wanted you to address?

This has got to be something else that you're not telling us

I do not believe that merely changing your fee structure would trigger account deactivation. Indeed, I don't think I've ever seen a single case where upgrading to or from a pro account results in this kind of suspension.

There is more to this tale than we are being told.
