Ipburger dedicated ip vs residential ip

I don't understand the difference. I did a live chat and told me that the ip I choose will be brand new and dedicated, but I see others posting about having a Residential IP

Any clarification would be great! Thank you so much

If you're creating accounts, go with either static or rotating Residential IP.

THese are better than the Fresh and Dedicated VPN.

Static for 1 account
Rotating for unlimited accounts.

How do you go about setting the browser sessions?
Do you need any extensions to use IPBurger like kill switches and what not?
What about DNS leaks and webrtc?

I'm not too familiar with proxies but it seems like the best option.

Forget the DNS leaks and webrtc , just install their extension and use it.
THey have their own features. You don't need anything else.
