Residential or Dedicated IP

Hi, from what I understand, it is best to register your accounts with a Residential IP like IPBurger's plan. Later on, it's best to switch to a Dedicated IP, correct? How long should I wait to switch to the Dedicated IP, a week? A month? I can't seem to find any info on this.

first month and during creation use the Residential IP.

a month later, you can change to fresh and Dedicated IP for that particular account.

I assume that dedicated IP you mean Data Center Ip

Switch from residential to datacenter is better in terms of cost saving or it is better to have one static clean IP even if it is from Data Center then changing on every visit residential IPs?
