I prefer not using any VPS solutions. I find them unreliable at best.
Instead go with your own dedicated device - a new windows user account for example.
For IP solution get a fresh and Dedicated IP solution from the IPBurger or 24vc. The cost wont be that much different overall and youll have a lot more control over your setup.
