Yeah, private proxies are 'okay' but totally not recommended. Some of these proxy servers are already blacklisted/flagged by paypal and eBay so you need to find a really good proxy provider.

What else can be used then? IPBurger would be pricy to run at $10 per month per IP and i been having some issues with there service

Yea, i know of proxy providers as i am using them also with some of my amzn, ebay and pp accounts.
