Amazon Seller ID Verification over Video Chat

I created an Amazon account (not stealth) and it got linked to my other Amazon account (not stealth).

Amazon wants to verify my identity over a video chat now, which may just be their standard onboarding process now.

The problem is, whenever I click on the link they give me to schedule the video chat I get an error saying I don't have access to the page that I need to get to in order to schedule it.

Therefore I cannot sell anything on Amazon. This seems to be a common issue online but nobody has ever resolved it from what I can see.

Hoping that someone here has a working link or knows what the issue might be. Thanks!

Try opening the link again in incognito mode.

Try a different browser. Preferrably Ifrefox
