Stopped receiving disbursements from Amazon.Com

I've been receiving disbursements fine on Amazon.com for years. The last disbursement I had was on 25th November. I always have a large amount of $ in reserve as the shipping times are so long on Amazon from UK to USA. Every time I try and disburse it says 0 available to disburse now. I contacted customer services and they said I had an invalid card on file. The card they mentioned was a card I used for Mexico and Canada when I used to sell on those sites. The card I have on .com is fine. When I told them this, they forwarded to another dept.

Anyone else had anything like this?

They could want a card on file that accepts international charges like from Canada and Mexico

Try replacing the current card on file if you can't resolve the issue with one that accepts both foreign currencies
