sales tax exemption for all 50 states

How do you get sales tax exempt in all 50 states (or as many as possible) with suppliers? I have tried submitting multi-jurisdiction forms to suppliers but they never accept them. Sales tax is currently being paid twice for all my orders.

I'm willing to pay someone to show me how to achieve this

why is it paid twice?
if your supplier does not recognise you as a legit retailer,you pay once when you make a purchase from thenm.

This is true for any orders being shipped to my state. For any orders being shipped to customers outside my state they want proof of sales tax exemption.

then you need to charge your customer sales tax,unless they can prove they are tax exempt .
OR you can stock up before you sell
