eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - After 9 years, the CC doesn't work in the US

Looks like the issue was, that the CC was a debit/visa without a credit limit.
Put a new CC in (with a credit limit) and got the Canadian deposit today from dot com.

Just a footnote of importance. I originally tried the cc using a secondary address as the address of record. It did not work. Changed the primary address to match the address of record and it did work.
Guess AZ only looks for the primary address alone.

I figured since it was both a CC and Debit, it would have been good.
Proved wrong by AZ once more (and now smarter too)!
