Velocity review

Have what appears to be a velocity review on account since December high Christmas sales


No communication. No emails nothing from Amazon. Account still selling good but disbursements frozen. How do we get funds? Messaged and called every amazon team and no one really knows what’s going on

They will not reply to you normally takes 30 to 60 days but it’s really down to them

if payouts are completely frozen and not just delayed you should stop selling

get backup accounts going in case as well

call in and escalate the issue

you should have probably been out of the velocity review by now unless you got open issues

what did you sell?
Has any buyer returned what they bought?
No retailer can wait that long,go to AMZN seller forum and see if anyone knows why?

I called in over 10 times

They say it is an internal review and they have no details other than that

Selling toys I have from a major distributor everything legit but amazon still not responding or giving details

Account still selling everyday. Worried as balance is very large now

I wonder if the term "no news is good news" applies here....They could just be waiting to see if any issues arise from customers...

Yes everything 100% normal just can’t withdraw any funds
