Re: Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account
Should I recall all FBA inventory before I attempt to re-verify an account? (I know, probably a stupid question as that's usually step #1)
Also should I wait for the end of the 60 days allowed to begin re-verifying so I can sell out as much as I can of my inventory before a possible lost account?
My situation is:
Accounts have made up point of contact. Perfect metrics, have been running for years.
Bank accounts on both disburse into my personal bank accounts, two different banks. Personal bank accounts.
One of the accounts has an LLC ownership info that was never actually filed, but got an EIN for the entity. I just went ahead and filed an LLC for it just in case they do a search. I used partnership of my real name and the made up name point of contact for the LLC. I'm thinking I may go and open a bank account for that matching LLC just in case as well. Ideally on that account I'm thinking I would try to switch the point of contact to my real name, and maybe switch the banking info to my new LLC bank account that matches the LLC info? Or try to submit an existing statement showing the disbursements but just add the LLC name instead of my name on it? Sounds like that won't fly though as Amazon somehow sees the name and address of the bank account. (the address matches the LLC address btw)
I don't know, I'm so lost, it's such a mess.
Also can we change point of contact currently in our settings in our account or not unless we try to re-verify first and they don't accept our first attempt?
