the item is authentic and no issue at all, account in good standing

any idea do they really check Invoice by ringing them? problem is address will not match but stock is real

I would suggest you send in invoices that have details that match the account info.

They may only contact the company to enquire about them as opposed to you as their customer. Companies should not disclose details of their customers.

In the US, they simply remove the listing in violation. 3 strikes (3 inauthentic reports) and you're suspended. This is US Amazon.

Got the same message today from the .com site in reference to a laptop battery we are selling. Problem is we drop ship from a very reputable Ebay seller but they will not issue us a receipt or invoice. Any suggestions? Should we just create an invoice ourselves?

Best to submit invoice what they asking from you as if you not send anything this will go against your account anyway

Not sending any invoice doesn't imply guilt. Sending in phake invoices definitely means you're up to shady ****.

Normally they give 7 days to submit invoices or they will remove listing

So maybe batter to take risk sending invoices to them

I'd rather keep the account and lose the ability to list a single ASIN than risk the account just to potentially keep one item.....but hey, what do I know?
