Does the name on bank account have to match name Amazon has?

I have a relatively new Amazon account, which is already in a 30 day suspension for lack of feedback. There's about $1000 in there. I just got an email from Amazon asking me to register my bank account so I can transfer funds.
Can they see the name on the bank account I link to them?
I'd like to just use an existing bank account I have now, which has a different name.

When add your Bank account its says account name. Instead of putting your full name put The 1st letter of your first name then the last name (John Washe = J. Washe) I usually do that but I just create Amazon accounts in my name or close to my name!

Whoops, I put my stealth name there, just opened one last night, hope the payment still goes through.

Doesnt matter. I receive over 20K under several stealth names this year.
