I have never had problems with changing bank accounts, just put previous details in to confirm its you and then put new account in. If a payment is due it may miss a cycle.

If you want to avoid a re-verification make sure the bank deposit name you add on amazon matches with the name on your bank statement
About a year back amazon started flagging some accounts (depends on bank) on the USA side for re-verification if the name you put doesn't match with the name on your bank statement for deposits

I dont understand how bank would allow this?
This is like I found a check in the mail not make out to me,but I deposit it anymore!
