New laptop?

Just wondering if an Amazon account was blocked, can I use the same laptop (system restored) to create a new AMAZON account?

make sure to format it, delete partitions + reinstall the OS and you should be good with a new IP

wouldn't recommend only doing a windows system restore if that's what you were implying

It needs a total reset. New OS etc.

I know from experience that the laptop can not be used again even if you format and reload the operating system, a completely new laptop is required to avoid detection.

Bit of a non answer there... a totally new OS installed with everything being done correctly is fine.

amazon are able to identify the windows OS installed on the computer in combination with hardware. if OS is reinstalled the combination changes and amazon would not be able to link it to the computer of the suspended user anymore

alternatively different OS can be used , they are only able to do this with windows as it has holes which they exploit

Amazon can detect computer hardware from previous banned seller accounts, irrespective of reinstalling an operating system. There are ways around it but reinstalling the OS is not the definitive solution, that is how the seller of Amazon accounts on here works around it.

they can't do it if the OS is removed because they need windows for this
