Account deactivation after downgrading
 

Hi,

my Amazon selling account got deactivated after I changed selling plan from Professional to Individual, I received a message to the email says they deactivated my account because it doesn't meet the requirements of "Amazon services business solutions agreement", and thre is no action from my side to be taken.

I tried to log into the account but no luck, first I got an error message that the password is wrong, and when I requested to change it and did successfully, I got another error message says that they detected unusual activity and they locked the account, so I have no access.

Any solutions ?

sounds like inactivity caused problem

if its your real account just contact seller support and they should help let you back in. Might request for you to submit some documents

if its not your account, its likely gone once it gets downgraded, you gotta re-verify to go back to pro anyway

Yea, another reason why I never downgrade even when I'm not using the account.

Did you make sure you login from the same computer, IP etc etc?
