Account deactivation after downgrading
Hi,
my Amazon selling account got deactivated after I changed selling plan from Professional to Individual, I received a message to the email says they deactivated my account because it doesn't meet the requirements of "Amazon services business solutions agreement", and thre is no action from my side to be taken.
I tried to log into the account but no luck, first I got an error message that the password is wrong, and when I requested to change it and did successfully, I got another error message says that they detected unusual activity and they locked the account, so I have no access.
Any solutions ?
