Re: Using LLC with same director as previous suspended account
They don't usually link accounts just based on a name. Also it seems that they never go through the owners of an LLC. It's more of a SS or EIN numbers match, ID or Passport numbers match, etc. Two people can have the same name and in reality there are many people with the same name in this country so I don't think that would link an account.
Now your point of contact is important though, because that usually triggers ID verification, so if you are using yourself as a point of contact on both accounts, and have sent your ID already on one, it will link your second account.
Also if you form your LLC in a state that has privacy laws and doesn't make the LLC info public, Amazon could never find the real identity of the owner of the LLC. (Wyoming) But even if the info is public, I haven't heard of Amazon digging in to see who are the owners of the LLC and try to link them.
If you end up going that route, and the info is public, I wouldn't use the same address on the LLC Member (yourself) as the previously used address, just put the address of the LLC as your address as well.
