Tax ID number for INFORM Consumers Act

I have some stealth Amazon from Africa based. Now I can not pass tax ID number ,since there is no tax ID in that country. The seller can not help me .
Do you guys have same issue ? How to pass the Tax ID verification ?

From all that I read on AZ USA, no tax ID is necessary as you do not collect tax in the US.

Amazon asks tax ID all my African accounts. I am selling on USA market by the way. Now only this item can not pass.
I believe you need to provide canada tax ID if your account is based on Canada.

Did you fill out the tax ID paperwork on AZ, that proves no tax to be charged to customer because of out of country sales? Think it's the WB, or something like that.

What you need to do is open a new stealth account with a Arizona address and they can not ask you for a tax I’d number because that state does not charge state tax. Hello
