If you're in the USA best option is to use what you have available, many go with hotspots

Honestly I remember helping someone using a regular data center IP...Amazon doesnt seem to harp on IPs as much as Ebay. That's been my personal experience so take it with a grain of salt

I'd use residential IP that's dynamic if you're making more than 1 account.
